Matcha Green

Backstory

Looking for the ultimate Halloween cocktail? In a shaker add vodka, lime juice, matcha, honey syrup and apple cider. Add ice and shake. Double strain over a small piece of ice into the final glass. Optional, top with soda water. **Dry ice should never be consumed, wait until the dry ice has fully evaporated.

Beauty Aura Spicy Vodka Tonic

Backstory

Muddle cucumber & jalapeño with lime juice. Add Beauty Aura & King St Vodka. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a final glass filled with ice. Top with tonic. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and mint.

Brain Flow Shaken Iced Coffee

Backstory

Combine water, sugar and lavender into a medium sized pot. Put on medium high heat and bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, strain. In a cocktail shaker add espresso, lavender syrup, brain flow, and vodka. Add ice and shake. Strain into a glass with ice and top with frothed oat milk or favorite dairy/dairy alternative.

1.5 oz King St. Vodka 1 Scoop Brain Flow 2 oz Espresso ¾ oz Lavender Syrup (½ Cup Monkfruit Gold Sugar, ½ Cup Water, 1 Tbsp Dried Lavender) Oat Milk

Orange Campari Vodka

Backstory

After a dry shake, add ice and shake again to chill the cocktail and further strengthen the foam. A dry shake is when you first shake all of the cocktail ingredients without ice to fully incorporate the egg white or aquafaba into the cocktail. And there you have it, one of Kate's favorite cocktails.

3 oz fresh squeezed OJ 1 1/2 oz King St Vodka 1 oz Campari 1/2 large lemon, squeezed 1 egg white (option to use 2 tablespoons of aquafaba instead for a vegan version)

Holiday Vodka Cranberry

Backstory

In a cocktail shaker with ice add King St. Vodka, Aperol, Cranberry juice, Lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with frozen cranberries!

Backstory

Cinnamon Apple Smash

Backstory

You won’t find autumn on the apple orchard, but you will find it in this cocktail. Refreshingly zesty, deliciously warm, the taste of fall isn’t pumpkin spice, it’s a Cinnamon Apple Smash.

1.5oz King St. Vodka 3/4oz Fall Spiced Brown Sugar Simple Syrup Half an Orange, Juiced Sparkling Apple Cider Ice Method: In a cocktail shaker add King St. Vodka, Brown Sugar Simple Syrup, and Ice. Squeeze half an orange into a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with Sparkling Apple Cider. Optional: Add dry ice to the cocktail for a spooky effect.

Summer’s Eve

Backstory

The sun never sets on a perfect evening when you have this berry blend in hand. Sour raspberries mixed with smooth vodka for an après beach twist on a timeless martini favorite.

Recipe

3 ripe raspberries 2 oz. King St. Vodka ½ oz. dry vermouth Muddle 3 ripe raspberries, add 2 oz King St. vodka, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and shake with ice. Serve in a chilled martini glass. Optional: add 1 dash lemon or berry bitters before shaking.

Secret Admirer

Backstory

You could wait around for a secret someone to send flowers and love letters, or you could get your thrill from this cocktail. A luring combination of rosewater, lemon and vodka with just the right amount of heat to leave you tingling with excitement and thirsting for more.

Recipe

1 slice ginger 1 oz. lemon juice 1 slice red chili pepper 1 oz simple syrup 2-3 drops of rosewater 2 oz. King St. Vodka Muddle 1 slice ginger, add 1 oz lemon juice, 1 slice red chili pepper (without the seeds for less heat), 1 oz simple syrup, 2-3 drops of rosewater (depending on taste preference), 2 oz King St. vodka and shake with ice. Serve over ice.

Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade

Backstory

How do we take our tea? In a King St cocktail, of course. Forget the finger sandwiches and reach for this Earl Grey upgrade. A soothingly refreshing and smooth blend of King St, Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, and Lemonade to take tea time to the next level.

1.5oz King St. Vodka 1/2oz Rosemary Simple Syrup 1/2 Cup Lemonade 1/4 Cup Butterfly Pea Flower Tea In your glass filled with ice add King St. Vodka, simple syrup, and butterfly pea flower tea. Add the lemonade and watch the magic happen! Stir to combine and garnish with a lemon wheel and rosemary sprig.

Backstory

Coffee is to 4pm what The Espresso Martini is to aprés dinner. It’s that necessary luxury that quenches your thirst for a heavy sigh and a re-energizing zing. We may have stolen the recipe from Kate’s bar, but it’s become a regular at ours.

Cucumber Lemon Refresher

Backstory

Cucumber sometimes gets a bad rep — sandwiches, eye covers, salad fillers — but we’d argue that it’s the number 1 cocktail underdog. This jazzy spritz isn't a mojito, but it is fit for a beach towel and tan. (pro tip: blend with ice to kick it up a notch)

Moscow Mule

Backstory

Kate’s Dirty Vodka Martini

Muddled Blackberry Vodka & Tonic

Backstory

Basil Vodka Gimlet

Backstory

An Italian twist on the original gimlet, typically made with 2 parts gin, 1 part lime juice. Swap out the gin and add some basil - you have yourself a refreshing cocktail that’s smooth on the palate.

Ginger Peach Mule

Backstory
