Vegan White Russian

Backstory

The smoothest White Russians call for vodka made with alkaline water (and a vegan twist).

Recipe

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add 2 oz. King St Vodka and 1 oz. coffee liqueur and give it a quick swirl or two to mix. Top with a generous splash of coconut milk and serve with a garnish of crushed peppermint. Stir together if you desire.

Backstory

Looking for the ultimate Halloween cocktail? In a shaker add vodka, lime juice, matcha, honey syrup and apple cider. Add ice and shake. Double strain over a small piece of ice into the final glass. Optional, top with soda water. **Dry ice should never be consumed, wait until the dry ice has fully evaporated.

Backstory

Muddle cucumber & jalapeño with lime juice. Add Beauty Aura & King St Vodka. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a final glass filled with ice. Top with tonic. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and mint.

Brain Flow Shaken Iced Coffee

Backstory

Combine water, sugar and lavender into a medium sized pot. Put on medium high heat and bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, strain. In a cocktail shaker add espresso, lavender syrup, brain flow, and vodka. Add ice and shake. Strain into a glass with ice and top with frothed oat milk or favorite dairy/dairy alternative.

Backstory

After a dry shake, add ice and shake again to chill the cocktail and further strengthen the foam. A dry shake is when you first shake all of the cocktail ingredients without ice to fully incorporate the egg white or aquafaba into the cocktail. And there you have it, one of Kate's favorite cocktails.

You could wait around for a secret someone to send flowers and love letters, or you could get your thrill from this cocktail. A luring combination of rosewater, lemon and vodka with just the right amount of heat to leave you tingling with excitement and thirsting for more.

1 slice ginger 1 oz. lemon juice 1 slice red chili pepper 1 oz simple syrup 2-3 drops of rosewater 2 oz. King St. Vodka Muddle 1 slice ginger, add 1 oz lemon juice, 1 slice red chili pepper (without the seeds for less heat), 1 oz simple syrup, 2-3 drops of rosewater (depending on taste preference), 2 oz King St. vodka and shake with ice.
